SOME FAQs
1. How can I get information after I have paid for the goods?
We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number.
2. When and how can I check on my order status?
Normaly, after 3days you can track your package(s).
3. How do I contact you if I have a question?
We prefer to be contacted by email or via MSN.
4. How long will it take to receive my goods?
It usually, on average, takes 5-7 business days to receive your order. Sometimes the goods are delivered faster. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
5. Can you reserve a sample for me until I can pay for it?
Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven`t received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else. |
